Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $15M Md. Warehouse Sale

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $14.5 million sale of 8520 Pepco Place, a 75,000-square-foot shallow-bay warehouse in Upper Marlboro, MD. Jonathan Carpenter, Graham Savage, Dawes Milchling, and James Check represented the seller, TSI Corporation, in the transaction. The property was sold to EQT Exeter.

Developed by TSI Corporation in 2011, the warehouse was leased to Harris Company on a long-term basis starting in 2022. TSI Corporation capitalized on increased investor interest in well-located assets in the DC region.

“There was strong investor interest, with nearly 20 offers,” said Milchling. The warehouse’s prime location along Interstate 495 and its features, including 25-to-26-foot clear heights, ample parking, and multiple drive-in and dock doors, make it a valuable asset in Prince George’s County.
