Cushman & Wakefield Arranges 15K-SF Midtown Lease for Software Company

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 15,158-square-foot lease for software company Grata Inc. at 1410 Broadway, occupying the entire 2nd floor. Cushman & Wakefield’s David Hoffman and Sam Hoffman represented Grata Inc., while L.H. Charney Associates, the landlord, was represented by Colliers’ Richard Doolittle, Michael Joseph, John Howard, and Taylor Bell.

“This deal highlights the continued demand for office space in the technology sector as founders appreciate the importance of in-person collaboration and growing company culture,” said Hoffman. “1410 Broadway’s recent capital improvements and central location made it an ideal fit for Grata Inc.”

The building, located near Bryant Park, has recently undergone $20 million in upgrades, including a new lobby, new common corridors and restrooms throughout the building and a new destination dispatch elevator system.
