Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $12M Sale of Historic Apartments in Seattle

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of the Roy Vue Apartments, a 34-unit historic apartment community located at 615 Bellevue Ave E in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The final sale price was $11.5 million.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Dylan Roeter, Tim McKay, Dan Chhan, Matt Kemper, Jacob Odegard, and Byron Rosen represented the seller in the transaction. Roy Vue Apartments is a wood-frame, 34-unit community totaling 34,059 net rentable square feet. The property consists of 30 one-bedroom, one-bath units and four two-bedroom, one-bath units, with an average unit size of over 1,000 square feet.

The property features a private landscaped courtyard, 9-foot ceilings, 19 individual garages and updated building systems. Located in the north end of Capitol Hill, Roy Vue Apartments offers residents excellent walkability. The property is within close proximity to major employment centers, transit options, dining, and retail.
