Cushman & Wakefield Appoints Kevin Whalen to Lead Mid-Atlantic Property Management

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Kevin Whalen as Senior Managing Director and leader of the Mid-Atlantic property management group. He will be based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Whalen will oversee a team of 672 professionals and a combined portfolio of 85,319,470 square feet across the Mid-Atlantic region, helping to maximize the value of commercial real estate properties for owners at all stages of their lifecycle. He will succeed Ben Comm who formerly served in the role as Senior Managing Director and is assuming a new role within the Mid-Atlantic property management group focused on strategic client care across the firm’s portfolio.

Whalen brings experience with investor services and property management, most recently working on national property management portfolios as Executive Vice President & National Account Director at JLL. As a member of the firm’s national property management leadership team, he managed office, medical office, life sciences and industrial properties for institutional investors.
