Cushman & Wakefield Adds Tyler Morss as Director for Healthcare Capital Markets Team 

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Tyler Morss as director of its Healthcare Capital Markets Team. In his new role, Morss will oversee equity, debt and structured finance solutions for healthcare real estate investors, developers and occupiers nationwide. He will be based in the firm’s New York City office and will work alongside team members in San Diego, Chicago and Nashville.  

Morss brings over nine years of experience in commercial real estate structured finance, investment and business development to the role. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he worked as the director of Capital Markets at Keyway in New York, where he was responsible for assembling credit facilities and funding acquisitions.
