Cushman & Wakefield has added a hospitality capital markets brokerage team in Orange County led by executive director Aseem Tandon together with senior associate Kamlesh Patel and associate Johnny Quan. All three joined from Colliers.

The team’s primary role is representing sellers and buyers of hospitality properties and providing full-service solutions to investors and developers in Orange County and the Southern California region and across the U.S.
