Cushman & Wakefield Adds Five Veterans to SoCal Teams
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed five senior members to its teams; four of whom have joined its Global Occupier Services team in DTLA, including industry veteran Michael Condon, Sr., who came from Jones Lang LaSalle. His son, Michael Condon, Jr. joined C&W’s Capital Markets and Industrial team.
The new additions include:
- Michael Condon, Sr. – Executive Vice President, Portfolio Solutions, Global Occupier Services (35 years in industry, will assist brokers in multi-service opportunities)
- Brendan O’Shaughnessy, Managing Director (21+years in industry, will grow and expand corporate clientele)
- Stephen Brey, Managing Director (30 years in industry, build GOS team and serve existing clients)
- Michelle Farjardo, Managing Director (10+ years in industry, business development)
- Mike Condon, Jr., Executive Managing Director, Capital Markets and Industrial
