Eddie Quinon has been named senior director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office agency leasing team.

Cushman & Wakefield Adds Eddie Quinon to Miami Leasing Team

Cushman & Wakefield has added Eddie Quinon as senior director to the firm’s Miami-based office agency leasing team.

Quinon brings almost a decade of experience in commercial real estate. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Quinon was first VP at CBRE, where he was responsible for representing both institutional and entrepreneurial investors in the ownership of office properties across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

The Miami office agency leasing team was formed 23 years ago and represents over eight million square feet of office space throughout Miami-Dade County all the way up to West Palm Beach. They currently represent five new Class A developments, including 830 Brickell, which has set rental rate records for the Brickell neighborhood in Miami.
