Cushman & Wakefield Acquires EnSite Solutions

Cushman & Wakefield acquired Irving, TX-based EnSite Solutions. EnSite, which provides maintenance and repair of HVAC, generator and UPS, among other services, will provide Cushman & Wakefield with environmental services. The company will join Cushman & Wakefield’s Integrated Facilities Maintenance business, with everything based in Dallas. EnSite founder and president Toby Thomas will serve as Cushman & Wakefield’s senior managing director, critical environments.

“Strategically, EnSite Solutions’ technology and mission-critical specialists position us to better serve clients across North America, with cost-effective maintenance programs for critical facilities – including data centers, telecommunications and health care,” said Colette Temmink, Executive Managing Director, Integrated Facilities Management. She added that both firms were also a good cultural fit.
