Curve to Deliver 302 BTR Homes in McKinney
More than 300 new build-to-rent homes in north McKinney will soon be available for rent after construction kicked off. Curve Development will be the developer of the project. According to its company’s website, Curve has either delivered or is in the process of construction on 10 developments.
Preleasing for the development, called Cyrene at Painted Tree, is expected to begin in May. First move-ins are planned for August. The project will be situated on 60 acres.
Future residents of Cyrene at Painted Tree will have full access to the community’s amenities, including 25 miles of trails, playgrounds and two pools. Like most BTR homes, the units will have attached garages and private outdoor areas. New homes will be located within the master-planned community of Painted Tree. Painted Tree is planning on 3,400 residences at total buildout.
