Curium Pharma Comes to Pembroke’s 2 Seaport Lane for Global HQ

Hunneman recently brokered a 6,982-square-foot sublease at Pembroke’s 2 Seaport Lane for Curium Pharma, a leading radiopharmaceutical company. The new location will serve as Curium’s global headquarters, supporting its international team in continuing their advancements in cancer medicine.

“The Seaport proved to be an ideal location for Curium’s Global Headquarters, situating the team within one of Greater Boston’s most vibrant biotech submarkets, complemented by exceptional connectivity to Logan Airport,” said Steve James, EVP at Hunneman. “In a challenging macroeconomic environment, Boston continues to be a magnet for growing life science companies. This year, Hunneman has executed several leases for medical and life science companies, underscoring our role in supporting this critical sector of our local economy.”

Curium was represented by James and Hunneman’s Peter Bean. 2 Seaport Lane features newly built-out, Class-A space with harbor views. Onsite amenities include a recently renovated lobby with an indoor winter garden and an underground parking garage.
