Cup of Coffee Brings Together Portland’s REIG and Capacity Commercial Group
A pair of Portland brokerage firms are joining together in a deal that was sparked over a cup of coffee. Real Estate Investment Group (REIG) is merging with Capacity Commercial Group (CCG) to mark a new era for both companies as full-service brokerage that offers industrial, office, and retail leasing, investment and land sales, and property management services.
A REIG blog post about the merger noted, “In today’s market, it’s rare to experience a true, complimentary merger of equals with a common vision, culture, and integrity. We’re elated to have found that with CCG, and believe that by merging, we can provide tremendous value to you, our clients.”
REIG co-founder George Diamond, Nicholas Diamond, and Michelle Rozakis will join as partners at CCG, along with George Lampus, Ian Biggi, Nicole John, and Brooke Dunahugh, who join as brokers.
Capacity Commercial Group is an owner-operated private company with 25 active brokers in the Portland market, and is a member of the CORFAC International network.
