Cumberland Office Building Trades Hands for $19M
CBRE arranged the $19-million sale of 3301 Windy Ridge, a six-story, 106,574-square-foot office building in Atlanta’s Cumberland-Galleria submarket.
Located within the Wildwood Office Park, which is nearby the intersection of interstates 285 and 75, the property is adjacent to the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, and features a distinct architecture, a wellness area, and small suite sizes. The eight buildings within Wildwood are currently 85% occupied. At the time of sale, the asset was 98% leased.
CBRE’s Tom Shafer and John Hinson represented the seller, a joint venture between Greenstone Partners and RSF Partners, in the transaction. The buyers were the individuals Jeff Lopez and Christian Lopez.
