Culture Based Interiors Acquires Showroom/Office in Domain Area

Culture Based Interiors Group (CBI) planted its stake in north Austin’s Domain area, by acquiring a showroom at 2023 Denton Dr. CBI was represented in the 10,996-square-foot acquisition by Colliers International’s Zach Ellis, while Matt Rester of Asterra Properties negotiated on behalf of the seller, 2023 Denton LLC.

The company, which distributes quality office furniture, is planning to use the new acquisition as a showroom and office that will closer to clients, who are leasing office space in the Domain. Denny Harrington with Collers is overseeing the renovation of the building, which should be complete in Q1 2020.

CBI first opened in San Antonio, then came to the Austin market in 2015. The company currently operates on MoPac Expressway, with growth the reason for the new building’s purchase.
