Cullinan Will Bring 850K-SF MXU to St. Louis’ Midtown

Cullinan Properties has been selected by Saint Louis University (SLU) to purchase and develop a 14-acre site at the intersection of Grand Boulevard and Chouteau Avenue in St. Louis, MO.

A new 850,000-square-foot mixed-use development is planned for the site, which is adjacent to the new SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital under construction and scheduled to open in spring 2020.  It will offer a mix of retail, entertainment, restaurant, office, hotel and residential to Midtown’s new Prospect Yards district.

“This investment by Cullinan Properties will transform an empty lot into a unique and lasting development that will serve the SLU community and our neighbors for many years to come,” said University President Fred Pestello. “This is yet another significant investment in St. Louis, further accelerating the dynamism taking place in the central corridor.”

A Colliers team of Jim Loft, Carrie Hermann and Justin Moses will hande leasing for the Cullinan project’s office component.
