Cue Residential Buys Greater Hartford Multifamily Asset

Cue Residential LLC has bought Charles Place, a multifamily property consisting of 67 units in Manchester, Connecticut., from FPA Multifamily.

Built in 1969, Charles Place offers townhouse-style apartments with two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and amenities such as fireplaces and private patios.

The sale was represented by IPA’s Victor Nolletti, Eric Pentore, and Wes Klockner. “Manchester is home to a large population of renters working in the aerospace, healthcare, insurance and financial services, biotech, education and retail service industries,” said Nolletti. “Charles Place is supported by the Hartford area’s healthy employment market, limited new construction and a multifamily vacancy rate under 3%.”
