Cue Residential Buys Greater Hartford MF Asset  

Cue Residential has bought Apex One91, a 110-unit apartment complex in Manchester, Connecticut from Paredim Communities. The price was not disclosed. 

The property features a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and laundry facilities, and offers a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments with hardwood floors, air conditioning, and a patio or balcony. 

Victor Nolletti, Eric Pentore, Wes Klockner and Ross Friedel of IPA represented the seller and procured the buyer.
