CTO Offloads 163K-SF Atlanta Retail Center
CTO Realty Growth spun off Madison Yards, a 163,000 square foot retail center in Reynoldstown, for $73.3 million. An affiliate of Heitman Capital Management was the buyer. Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors will lease and manage the property.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports retail tenants include Publix, AMC Theatres, Taqueria Tsunami, Daily Dose Coffee, Girl Diver and more. The property is 97% leased.
Fuqua Development built Madison Yards in the late 2010s, with Publix opening its 54,000-square-foot store in 2019.
A team led by Conor Lalor at Newmark, facilitated the transaction on behalf of CTO.
