CTDI Signs Full-Building, 706K-SF Lease at 1753 Chaplin

CTDI inked a full-building, 705,955-square-foot lease with Transwestern Investment Group (TIG) at 1753 Chaplin Dr. in Fort Worth. TIG acquired the just-completed speculative distribution facility in December 2018, along with a 494,041-square-foot building at 1553 Wolff Crossing. According to TIG’s Richard Yeh, the tenant was attracted to the speed in which it could move into the space, and become operational.

CTDI, a full-service, global engineering, repair and logistics company, has more than 90 locations worldwide, including four in Texas. The new space is in the Alliance submarket, which is experiencing two million square feet of industrial space currently under construction.

CBRE’s Nathan Lawrence and Krista Raymond are providing industrial leasing services for TIG.
