CT Realty Acquires COHU HQ in Poway for $34M

In its second recent Poway acquisition, Aliso Viejo-based CT Realty purchased the 339,264-square-foot industrial building that serves COHU, Inc.’s headquarters for more than $34 million.

Located within Poway Business Park, the 20.8-acre site at 12367 Crosthwaite Circle encompasses a large block of space in a tight industrial submarket, notes CT Realty’s Steve Provencio. CT Realty plans to convert the project into a multi-tenant building, with COHU leasing back a portion of the building for 10 years.
