Crystal Lake Industrial Reaches 100% Occupancy

Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.

Entre Commercial Realty LLC has leased up the last remaining unit at 340 Commerce Dr., a 51,025-square-foot multitenant industrial building in Crystal Lake, IL. The brokerage leased a 21,250-square-foot space to a global forklift manufacturing company, bringing the property to full occupancy.

This high-image building was chosen on account of its centralized location to the tenant’s North American headquarters, as well as the limited number of available options in this size requirement. Entre worked directly with the tenant, and has now completed multiple transactions on its behalf over the past 24 months.
