Cryptofinance Trading Firm Extends Tenancy at 3 Columbus Circle

Helmsley Spear represented XBTO Trading, LLC a leader in cryptofinance trading and investments in digital assets. The tenant signed a seven-and-a-half-year office lease extension at 3 Columbus Circle.

The Helmsley Spear leasing team was led by company vice chairman Frederick  Marek, along with Peter Shakalis.

“3 Columbus Circle, with views of Central Park and Midtown, is an excellent location for this expanding leader in the world of digital assets, and with the lease extension they will continue to be at the gateway to the Upper West Side of Manhattan, in a Class A 21st century commercial office space,” said Rick Marek.

The landlord, The Moinian Group, was represented in house by executive managing director Gregg Weisser.
