CrownPoint Partners Sells Ohio Dental Portfolio

CrownPoint Partners has closed a five-property dental sale-leaseback portfolio across Ohio, totaling $5.47 million. The portfolio was acquired by a Midwest-based private investment fund focused on healthcare real estate.

This transaction highlights the continued investor appetite for dental and medical real estate, a sector viewed as resilient amid shifting capital markets. Sale-leasebacks remain a preferred vehicle for operators to unlock growth capital while giving investors access to stable, long-term cash flows. The portfolio includes properties in Mansfield, Warren, Sidney, Akron, and Eaton.

“Ohio continues to offer compelling opportunities for medical investment, with solid tenant performance and stable returns,” said Don Bingham III, Co-Founder of CrownPoint Partners. “We are proud to deliver strategic results for both sellers seeking growth capital and investors seeking durable yield.”
The deal underscores CrownPoint’s leadership in dental net lease and healthcare real estate.
