Crown Heights MF Sells for $52M

Pacolet Milliken Enterprises, an investment company controlled by Milliken & Co., acquired an eight-story, 63-unit apartment building with retail from Bluejay Development, the property’s builder. The building, in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights section, sold for $52 million.

The property at 341 Eastern Pkwy. offers one, two and three-bedroom units, a fitness center, landscaped roof deck and doorman. The ground-floor retail is leased to Starbucks and Capital One, among others.

Eastern Consolidated’s Matt Sparks and Alexandra Rossland represented the seller. Scott Burk, also with Eastern Consolidated, negotiated for the buyer.
