Crowe to Move to Jamestown’s One Metro Center
Crowe LLP will relocate its DC office to One Metro Center, an office complex in East End, near The White House. The new lease covers approximately 12,000 square feet, increasing the property’s occupancy to 89%.
“Crowe chose One Metro Center because of its location, access to public transportation, amenities, and the people experience the building will provide to the Crowe professionals who are affiliated with the D.C. office,” said Jason Stockton, office managing partner of Crowe’s D.C. Office.
One Metro Center, a 421,000-square-foot Class A building, features amenities like a six-story glass atrium, rooftop terrace, and fitness center. Other Jamestown properties in the D.C. area include Georgetown Park, America’s Square, Ballston Exchange, and The Ellington. CBRE represented Jamestown, and Cushman & Wakefield represented Crowe in the transaction.
