Crowe LLP Expands with Full Tenancy at Wacker Drive Tower

Cushman & Wakefield has secured an expansion of accounting firm Crowe LLP’s offices at 225 W. Wacker Dr. A subtenant occupying 37,000 square feet at the property for the past four years, Crowe will expand by more than one-third to about 51,000 square feet on two floors.

“We are excited about staying at 225 West Wacker because it’s a great location. Our people love the energy in the area, the proximity to some of downtown Chicago’s best venues, and the ease of traveling to and working in the office,” said Melinda Haag, director, Crowe global services. “We wanted a solution to support Crowe’s growth and space strategies.”

Scott Goldman, executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, and senior director Josh Feldman represented Crowe. The new floorplan includes an option to renovate both floors, with an open-plan design creating neighborhoods and a variety of work spaces accommodating all work styles and needs.
