Crow Holdings Taps JLL to Lease Industrial Park with NJ Turnpike Access
JLL has been retained by the partnership of Crow Holdings Industrial, 2020 Acquisitions and The Carlyle Group as the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for Millstone 8 Logistics Center, a 1,220,000-square-foot, two-building master-planned industrial park in Millstone, NJ. The two-building property in Monmouth County is located near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike, some eight-and-a-half miles farther south than the Exit 8A submarket.
Rob Kossar and Joel Lubin, vice chairmen; and Nate Demetsky and Leslie Lane, executive managing directors, will lead the JLL team leasing the property.
“This is an extraordinary opportunity for logistics tenants to secure state-of-the-art space with unparalleled transportation access in the center of New Jersey,” said Kossar. “Given the acceleration of absorption over the past 24 months, the project will provide a temporary relief valve for inventory constraints while affording tenants separation from increasing traffic congestion and labor competition at Exit 8A.”
