Crow Holdings Starts Work on 349K-SF Distribution Facility

The Connect Industrial conference will take place July 11. For more information, or to register, log on here.

Crow Holdings Industrial has broken ground on a 349,050-square foot distribution facility. Dubbed Victory Commerce Center, the Class A building is located in the heart of Houston’s southeast industrial submarket.

“We are excited to kick off this project and offer a modern state-of-the-art distribution facility to a wide range of industrial users serving the expanding petrochemical and Port of Houston industries,” says Cory Driskill, managing director of CHI, the industrial development division of Dallas‐based Crow Holdings.

The cross-dock, tilt-wall project will feature 32-foot clear height, 185-foot truck aprons, ample car parking, and outside storage. It offers convenient access to Highway 225, Beltway 8, Highway 146 and Fairmont Parkway.

Victory Commerce Center is scheduled for completion first quarter 2019. The Colliers team of Jon Lindenberger, Walter Menuet, and Paul Dominique will market the property.
