Crow Holdings Industrial Caps Platform Buildout with NE Office

Crow Holdings Industrial has completed its national platform buildout with the opening of a Northeast office in Montclair, NJ. The industrial development division of Dallas‐based Crow Holdings has hired Clark Machemer (pictured) to lead the office as senior managing director.
A 20-year veteran, Machemer has been responsible for the leasing and development of more than 10 million square feet of industrial product, one million square feet of office product and 250 residential units. He’ll be responsible for establishing and growing CHI’s presence in the Northeast industrial market, mainly via ground-up development opportunities.
“With six offices in strategic markets across the U.S., CHI now covers 50% of the U.S. industrial market in terms of net absorption,” said CHI CEO Ken Valach. “Clark’s deep experience and relationships in the region will allow him to quickly build CHI’s presence in the Northeast and round out the company’s national reach and access.”
