Crow Holdings Buys Land, Readies for 530K-SF Layne Crossing
Crow Holdings Industrial acquired 45 acres within Houston’s Greens Crossing Business Park from Sarofim Realty Advisors. On that site, the Dallas developer is planning Layne Crossing, a 530,000-square-foot, speculative industrial project.
JLL’s Richard Quarles and Bubba Harkins represented Sarofim Realty Advisors in the transaction. Cory Driskill and Travis Covington self-represented Crow Holdings Industrial. Quarels is also teaming with JLL’s Mark Nicholas, Geoff Perrott and Joe Berwick to market and lease the project.
Layne Crossing, at Beltway 8/Sam Houston Tollway near Interstate 45, is in the North Industrial submarket. The project will offer two front-load buildings, two rear-load buildings, a cross-dock building and a side-load building. They’ll range from 56,400 to 174,000 square feet. The development is set to break ground in January 2019 and will deliver in the fourth quarter.
