Crow Holdings Acquires 1,005-Bed Wildwood Lubbock

A private real estate fund advised by Dallas-based Crow Holdings Capital-Real Estate acquired the 1,005-bed, 294-unit Wildwood Lubbock, which serves students attending Texas Tech University. The buyer signed the deal with seller Dovetail Development, the complex’s developer, which is headquartered in Athens, GA. Situated on 25.6 acres at 1701 N. Quaker, Wildwood Lubbock consists of 25 buildings, offering two-, three- and four-bedroom flats and townhomes. On-site amenities include a three-tiered luxury swimming pool, the largest in Lubbock, as well as a fitness center, 24/7 study areas, cyber café and fire pit and grilling pavilions. The complex opened in fall 2017.
