CrossRidge Completes Office, Begins Retail Phase of Mixed-Use Development in Charlotte
CrossRidge Development has completed CrossRidge One, a 120,000-square-foot, Class A office building located in the Charlotte submarket of Indian Land, SC. The property is located within CrossRidge Center, a 190-acre mixed-use initiative.
Next up for CrossRidge Center is Phase I of its retail expansion, which will feature 55,000 square feet of space delivered in summer of 2023 and a 120-key hotel. The center encompasses six retail parcels available for ground lease, build-to-suit and multi-tenant buildings. Phase II will deliver an additional 150,000 square feet over three years.
The CrossRidge Center site has an existing Class A office building, a 32,000-square-foot conference and event center, and a YMCA. It is near Charlotte’s affluent Ballantyne community and close to dozens of grocery, shopping and dining options. The site also includes a lake, fountains, bridges and manicured landscaping.
JLL’s Charley Leavitt is responsible office leasing while Margot Bizon and Lindsay Stafford are marketing the retail component.
