Crosspoint Properties Ends Decade-Long Hold on Mix @ Midtown

Owner/developer Crosspoint Properties ended its more than 10-year hold on the Mix @ Midtown, selling the 73,000-square-foot retail property in Houston’s Midtown neighborhood to joint venture partners Fifth Corner and Pointer Real Estate Partners. The property, which opened in 2008, is 100% leased to local and national tenants.

Rusty Tamlyn, John Indelli, Michael Johnson and Bryan Strode with JLL represented the seller, which had developed the center. Tenants include 24 Hour Fitness, Jinya Raman Bar, Artisans Restaurant, Gen Korea BBQ and Cloud 10 Creamery.

Crosspoint Properties developed the center, which is situated on 1.4 acres at 3201 Louisiana St. The property includes a 296-space parking garage, a unique feature in Midtown. “Packed with high-rise apartments, big incomes, walkability, public transportation, daytime population and greenspace, all the ingredients are in-place for Midtown, which has evolved into one of Houston’s top retail, office and living destinations,” Indelli said.
