CrossHarbor Capital Partners Expands Senior Team
CrossHarbor Capital Partners has expanded its senior team, appointing Scott Paton as partner and head of Business Development and Investor Relations, and Brian Kinsella as senior director for capital fundraising initiatives. Both will be based in the Boston office, aiming to seize opportunities in the current real estate market.
Paton brings over 25 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, having raised institutional capital and worked in growth-focused investment banks like William Blair and Merrill Lynch. He co-founded CapVest and MezzVest, firms based in London. Paton holds degrees from Harvard College and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Kinsella, with 15+ years in fundraising and investor relations, previously held positions at CBRE Investment Management and Causeway Capital. His experience spans institutional and high net worth channels. He holds degrees from Boston College and the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business.
