Venterra adding multifamily to Cross Creek Ranch

Cross Creek Ranch Site for 312-Unit Rental Community

Venterra Realty has started work on Camber Ridge, a 312-unit multifamily project within Johnson Development’s Cross Creek Ranch. The master-planned community covers 3,200 acres in Fulshear, thirty miles west of Houston. The first units are expected to be delivered beginning of 2025.

Camber Ridge will provide residents with amenities, including a community clubroom, pool, outdoor lounge, fitness center, package lockers, and coworking spaces.

Camber Ridge is located on the Texas Heritage Parkway, offering access by car to nearby Katy, Sugar Land and Richmond/Rosenberg, as well as Houston’s employment centers within a 45-minute commute. A future elementary school and the Lamar Consolidated Education Center, which includes two middle schools and a high school, are located close by. Fifth Third Bank secured construction financing. The architect for the development is Steinberg Dickey Collaborative. Domain Builders was chosen as the general contractor. Venterra Realty currently owns and operates over twenty communities in the Greater Houston area.
