Flusher, TX, a fast-growing community 35 miles west of Houston, is about to get cooler. The town’s in-development retail center is set to house Bahama Buck’s, a frozen beverage and shaved-ice franchise.

The drink and dessert restaurant leased 1,924 square feet of space in NewQuest Properties’ Cross Creek Commons. Cross Creek Commons, situated at the intersection of South Fry Road and FM 1463, will also feature grocer Aldi, among other stores.

Windsor Realty Group’s Jim Haviland represented Bahama Buck’s in negotiations.
