Nashville Hot Chicken Expands in Maryland

Crimson Coward Nashville Hot Chicken is set to open approximately 50 locations in Maryland and Virginia.

The franchise has signed leases for two new locations in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area: one at Lakeshore Plaza in Pasadena and another at Liberty Exchange in Eldersburg. Both are expected to open in the first quarter of 2024. Eric Llewellyn of St. John Properties represented the landlord and John Sindler of Hyatt Commercial represented the tenant in both transactions.

The restaurant chain, based in Los Angeles, offers a menu featuring hand-breaded chicken in various heat levels, chicken sandwiches, garlic twists, burritos, chicken and waffles, macaroni and cheese, fried pickles, and more. The two locations will mark the second and third Crimson Coward Nashville Hot Chicken restaurants in the region.
