Chicago-based real estate developer CRG has secured a one-million-square-foot tenant for The Cubes at Country Club Hills in Chicago's south suburbs

CRG Secures 1M-SF Full-Building Lease in Country Club Hills

CRG, a Chicago-based national real estate development and investment firm, has executed a full-building, 1,033,450-square-foot lease at The Cubes at Country Club Hills, a speculatively developed industrial facility in Country Club Hills, IL. The project is CRG’s first The Cubes-branded industrial development in the Chicago area and the lease is among the largest in the south suburbs over the past 12 months.

“With proximity to a wide swath of the U.S. population, the Midwest ranks as a top industrial market, and modern super-bulk facilities like this one are in short supply,” said Jeff Lanaghan, SVP and partner for the Midwest region at CRG.

The undisclosed tenant is a national manufacturer that plans to utilize the location for its Midwest distribution operations. Newmark’s Adam Petrillo, Al Petrillo, Steve Korfiatis and Corey Chase represented the tenant, while CRG was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason West, Shawn Henrick and Ryan Klink.
