CRG Residential Completes $134M Sale of Two Indiana Multifamily Properties

CRG Residential has finalized the $134 million sale of two Indiana multifamily communities in Bloomington and Greenwood, marking an important milestone for the company and its investment partners.

The transactions include the Hayden Flats in Bloomington, a 298-unit property completed in 2024, which sold for $68 million, and the Flats at Stones Crossing in Greenwood, a 292-unit property also completed in 2024, which sold for $66 million. CRG Residential has developed more than 5,300 units across the Midwest and Mid-South.

“These transactions represent successful full-cycle investments for CRG and our partners,” said CRG Residential CEO Christopher Reid. “Our team remains focused on developing high-quality communities that meet market demand and deliver strong performance for our investors.”
