CRG, Lexington Break Ground on 1M-SF Spec East of Columbus

CRG and its capital partner Lexington Realty Trust have broken ground on Building E at The Cubes at Etna 70, a new 1,074,840-square-foot spec distribution facility in Etna, OH, about 20 miles east of Columbus. It’s the second development at the 289-acre site, which CRG and Lexington acquired in 2018.

Located at the Interstate 70 interchange at State Route 310,  Building E at The Cubes at Etna 70 will be CRG’s and Lexington’s second one-million-square-foot-plus facility in the Columbus market and is designed to meet the metro area’s growing demand for mega-bulk facilities. The facility is slated for spring 2022 delivery. CBRE’s Jeff Lyons is the broker for the project.

“Columbus currently has extremely limited bulk facilities and tenant demand continues,” said Kevin Scott, VP of investments and development for CRG. “Building E is designed to superior specifications that meet the needs of the modern supply chain.
