CRG Breaks Ground on Columbus Industrial Buildings

CRG has broken ground on two Class A industrial buildings totaling more than 900,000 square feet at The Cubes at Etna, a 305-acre master-planned industrial park in Etna, Ohio, about 20 miles southeast of downtown Columbus.

Spanning 750,120 square feet, Building B is fully leased to Omega Morgan. The second new building, Building C, measures 160,920 square feet and is being developed on a speculative basis.

Both buildings are being developed in partnership with an affiliate of CRG’s capital partner, LXP Industrial Trust. LJC Design & Engineering is the architect for both buildings, while Contegra Construction is serving as general contractor.

Joe Kimener and Beau Taggart, SIOR, of KBC Advisors, the listing brokers for The Cubes at Etna, represented CRG in the Building B lease, while Niall Travers and Joe Davis of JLL represented Omega Morgan. KBC Advisors is also marketing Building C and the park’s remaining build-to-suit site. Including The Cubes at Etna, CRG has planned, broken ground on or completed more than 60 million square feet of industrial projects.

Mark Goode to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award at Connect Industrial Midwest on Tuesday, March 2, 2027, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont.  Following the presentation, Mark Goode will sit down for a special keynote interview with his son, Matt Goode.
