CRG Begins Pre-Leasing for Student Housing Near UO

CRG, a national real estate development and investment firm, and project partner Kenter Capital have begun pre-leasing Chapter at Eugene, a 12-story, 302-bed student housing development near the University of Oregon campus in Eugene, Oregon.

Located at 754 E. 13th Avenue, the community is slated to open next year for the 2024-25 academic year. Upon completion, Chapter at Eugene will feature 119 units in a mix of studio, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom plans. Designed by Seattle-based Jackson Main Architecture, the development is the 12th collaboration between CRG and Kenter Capital. John Hyland Construction Inc. is serving as a general contractor.

“Campus-adjacent housing that provides top-tier amenities and neighborhood-serving retail is in high demand, and Chapter at Eugene delivers that for the University of Oregon students in a big way,” said JJ Smith, executive vice president and partner for CRG’s residential group.
