CRG Adds VP of Construction for Residential

Bryan Greger has joined CRG as VP of construction for its residential group. Chicago-based CRG’s growing residential platform, focused on developing $1 billion of apartments nationally over the next two years, will benefit from Greger’s 25 years of construction management experience, predominantly in multifamily.

In his new role, Greger will oversee the management of all phases of CRG’s multifamily construction operations from proposal and preconstruction through construction and close out.

“Bryan has successfully led construction administration and completion for many noteworthy projects spanning multiple construction types that directly align with our residential vision,” said JJ Smith, managing partner for CRG.  “His skillset complements our existing team and I look forward to his contributions in bringing our pipeline vision to life.”

Before joining CRG, Greger held senior construction administration roles with national design firms BKV Group and Cuningham Group, and served as a structural engineer with Hammel, Green and Abrahamson
