Siegel Group in $75M Deal to Buy 10 Acres on Las Vegas Strip

CREXi Wins 17-Property Online Auction Assignment in Las Vegas

Los Angeles-based CREXi secured an assignment from Clark County, Nevada to auction 17 properties in the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area. The strategically-located infill offerings will be sold via an online auction event held on the CREXi web site starting on November 5th and ending November 7th.

The properties, which total roughly 161 acres, are comprised of single or multiple parcels ranging in size from approximately two acres to 31 acres. Each property is priced individually, and when combined totals roughly $82 million. The properties are currently available for review on CREXi.

CREXi’s Michael DeGiorgio says, “We’re thrilled to expand our online auction business with this latest offering conducted on behalf of Clark County. The properties being offered are ideal for development or long-term holds for value appreciation, as they are vibrant locations in a dynamic market.”
