Crestone Stays Put, Inks 70K-SF Renewal

Crestone Group LLC opted to keep its 70,351-square-foot Southwest Region commercial bakery and distribution center in Heritage Business Park in Grapevine, TX. The decision comes following close to two years of negotiations triggered by an ownership change of the 1.3-millon-square-foot, Class A, Heritage Business Park.

Ultimately, Crestone, which is headquartered in California, opted to sign a long-term lease for its 11-year address, Heritage’s Building 6 at 800 Industrial Blvd. Michael Spain and Nick Talley, with Bradford Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord, KTR DFW LLC, which was acquired by Prologis Inc. in the middle of renewal talks. Michael Stanzel, with NAI Robert Lynn, was the tenant rep.

“The existing space works pretty well for them, but there are some modifications that will need to be made,” Spain stated.
