Crescent Project Opens in Ft. Worth

The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth, two years in the making at Camp Bowie Boulevard and Van Cliburn Way, is open for business, at least partially. Half of the 200 rooms are open with the other to open within the year. The hotel features 14,000 square feet of special event space.  The hotel has two restaurants with offerings by Executive Chefs Preston Paine and Andrew Bell as well as a lobby bar and a rooftop bar.

The hotel is part of a $275 million mixed-use development that includes at 167-unit apartment and 168,000 square feet of Class A office space. Tenants include PNC Bank, Satori Capital, and Raymond James. A Canyon Ranch Wellness Club is also part of the property.

The architect was OZ Architecture. Crescent says it acquires, develops, and operates high-end properties alongside an exclusive group of investors and high-net-worth clients.
