Crescent Heights Eyeing 280-Unit Miami Condo

Crescent Heights is proposing to build a 26-story, 280-unit condo tower in the Miami Arts & Entertainment District. Short-term rentals will be permitted.

Situated between Northeast First Court and Northeast First Avenue, the project will include 22,000 square feet of storage, 1,500 square feet of commercial space, and 4,400 square feet of open space into its design.

Crescent is making a unique request: no on-site parking. The developer is requesting a special exception in the Rapid Transit Zone’s Metromover Zone that would allow it not to include parking. Miami-based RSP Architects designed the project.
