Crescent Debuts 289-Unit Old Tampa Bay Highrise

Crescent Communities opened NOVEL Beach Park, a 289-unit apartment community near Old Tampa Bay. The nine-story highrise is located at 5450 Bay Center Drive.

Community amenities include an infinity-edge saltwater pool, a gear room where residents can borrow stand-up paddle boards and kayaks, a coworking lounge with a large conference room and complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks, a fitness club, a pet spa, and a ninth-floor Sunset Lounge with a retractable window wall and terrace overlooking Old Tampa Bay.

Central Florida-based FINFROCK served as the architect and contractor. Financing for the high-rise apartment community included a $72.5 million construction loan provided by TD Bank. NOVEL Beach Park was made possible by the Crescent Communities Real Estate Opportunities Fund, the first in a series of funds that Crescent Communities will sponsor to support the development and investment in real estate across its investment platforms.
