Crescent Communities to Develop 104K-SF Flex Facility in Charlotte

Crescent Communities plans to start development on Stateline Logistics Center, a 15-acre flex office and industrial facility in Fort Mill, SC. Fort Mill is approximately 18 miles southwest of Charlotte.

The 104,000-square-foot, single-story facility will feature 24-foot clear heights, as well as 26 trailer parking spaces and surface parking. Stateline Logistics Center will be located within Lakemont East Business Park at the corner of Lakemont Blvd. and Steele Point Dr. Crescent Communities has tapped Cushman & Wakefield to handle the leasing assignment at the facility. The general contractor is InterCon Building Company.

“We see Stateline Logistics Center serving the strong demand for shallow bay flex space in this important submarket of Charlotte,” said Sagar Rathie, Vice President at Crescent Communities. “Stateline Logistics Center will appeal to tenants in need of larger, flex commercial buildouts with direct connectivity to their warehouse, distribution, and/or light manufacturing operations.”
