Charlotte-based real estate investor, owner and developer Crescent Communities has hired Bryan Blythe as Managing Director of Industrial for the firm’s Commercial business unit.

In his new role, Blythe will be responsible for leading and growing the industrial platform at Crescent Communities through new development projects and acquisitions across the southeast and southwest. The company’s industrial footprint currently includes more than $59 million under construction and an additional $35 million of development planned in 2021 and beyond.
